By downloading or using the Restova app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Restova is a photo restoration tool. You choose a photo from your library, Restova processes it (repairing scratches, removing fade, colorizing, and similar operations), and returns the restored result. Results are generated by AI models and may vary in quality depending on the input photo.
You can restore up to 3 photos for free per device. Free restorations are shown as a 50% before-and-after preview so you can evaluate the result before purchasing. After 3 free restorations, continued use requires an active subscription.
Restova offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited restorations, full HD quality, no watermarks, and the ability to save and share restored photos.
Prices in other territories are set by Apple based on equivalent local pricing tiers and may differ from the figures above. The exact price is always shown at the point of purchase inside the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal can be turned off, by going to iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
Restova does not directly handle refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You retain full ownership of any photo you upload. You grant Restova the limited right to process the photo on your behalf to produce a restored result. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, do not retain them after processing, and do not train AI models on them.
You agree not to use Restova to process photos you do not have the right to use, photos depicting illegal content, or photos in a way that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend service in cases of abuse.
Restova relies on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be unavailable due to outages, maintenance, or changes outside our control. If you experience an outage as a paying subscriber that materially affects your active subscription, contact us for assistance.
Restova is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be highlighted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection law applies. Otherwise, English law applies, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
